27th Paraná State Science and Technology Awards Pt-Br (original source)

Victor Hugo Rohden Prudente (Agricultural Engineering, Unioeste) was the winner of the Undergraduate Student category in Agricultural Sciences at the 27th Paraná State Science and Technology Awards.

The award ceremony, honoring the nine winners of the 27th edition, took place on December 17th at the Industry Campus – FIEP, with the presence of Vice Governor Flávio Arns, the Secretary of Science, Technology, and Higher Education, João Carlos Gomes, and the President of the Araucária Foundation, Paulo Brofman.

Created in 1986, the award recognizes and stimulates scientific and technological production in Paraná, valuing professionals and young talents whose research has contributed to the progress of the state. Candidates are judged by a committee of five professionals linked to research institutions and postgraduate programs from outside Paraná. In the 27 years of the award’s existence, approximately 90 scientists, professors, students, inventors, and journalists have been honored.
